Claes Bang Set As Lead In BBC One’s ‘Dracula’
BBC One has found their Dracula. Danish actor Claes Bang (Borgen, The Bridge) has been set as the lead in the channel's new Dracula series from Sherlock co-creators Steven Moffat and Mark Gatiss. This new take on the classic Bram Stoker novel will re-introduce the world to Dracula, the vampire who made evil sexy. In Transylvania in 1897, the blood-drinking Count is drawing his plans against Victorian London. And be warned: the dead travel fast. 

Tony Danza's TV return turned out be rather short-lived. Netflix has cancelled their comedy-drama series The Good Cop, starring the former Taxi star, after a single season. The show's first (and now only) ten episode season launched globally on Netflix back in September.
Michael Sheen (Frost/Nixon, Masters Of Sex) has joined the cast of CBS All Access' The Good Wife spin-off The Good Fight for its upcoming third season, which is currently filming ahead of an early 2019 premiere. The series 

More than a decade after the series was cancelled and the notion of wrapping the show with a pair of movies was floated, HBO today announced that production is now underway on the Deadwood movie. The premium cable network said that the movie will continue the story of the HBO original series that produced 36 episodes between 2004 and 2006. Filming is taking place in Los Angeles ahead of a 2019 premiere.
This is a major coup for Acorn TV. The North American streaming service has secured the exclusive U.S. streaming rights to the upcoming fifth season of BBC One's Line Of Duty in a deal with Kew Media Distribution. They replace Hulu as the U.S. home to Jed Mercurio's thriller.
