Channel 5 Acquires FTA Rights To Will Ferrell & Kristen Wiig’s Lifetime TV Movie ‘A Deadly Adoption’
Channel 5 has closed a deal to acquire the free-to-air rights to A Deadly Adoption, Will Ferrell and Kristen Wiig's two-hour TV movie which debuted on the US Lifetime network last weekend. A Deadly Adoption will premiere on Channel 5 on Sunday July 5th at 10pm. 
BBC One's Emily Watson fronted 7/7 drama A Song For Jenny will premiere on Sunday July 5th at 9pm, it has been announced.
The third season of Unforgettable will receive its UK premiere on Sky Living on Friday July 10th at 9pm, it has been announced. 
The second season of TNT's drama series The Last Ship will receive its UK premiere on Sky1 on Sunday July 5th at 8pm, it has been announced.
Several months after word first leaked out about the project, ITV, Shaw Media and Fox have confirmed that they are teaming up for a 10 episode drama series titled Houdini & Doyle, which hails from House creator David Shore and is being toplined by Episodes star Stephen Mangan and Six Feet Under's Michael Weston. The 10 part series, which is set to enter production in Manchester and Toronto this Summer, will air on ITV Encore in the UK, Fox in the United States, and the Shaw Media owned Global network in Canada in 2016.
After trialling a comeback with the recent 20th anniversary special, Channel 4 is bringing back TFI Friday for a full series, which will once again be hosted by Chris Evans. Eight episodes have been ordered for the full series, which will launch on Channel 4 this Autumn.
Shameless creator Paul Abbott's winning streak at Channel 4 continues. The broadcaster has renewed Abbott's latest drama effort No Offence for an 8 episode second season, which is set to enter production in Manchester in early 2016.
