Amazon Prime Instant Video UK Extends Sony Deal, Picks Up Future Seasons Of ‘Outlander’
Outlander is staying put on Amazon. Amazon Prime Instant Video UK has picked up exclusive rights to further seasons of the Starz period drama after extending their licensing deal with international distributor Sony Pictures Television. The show's second season will premiere on Amazon in the UK in 2016, with episodes being made available to stream within 24 hours of their initial broadcast on Starz.
