First Images: Rowan Atkinson In ITV’s ‘Maigret’ Adaptation
ITV has released the first image of Rowan Atkinson in character as Inspector Maigret in ITV's upcoming series of TV movies based on the novel series Georges Simenon. The first such adaptation, Maigret Sets A Trap, is currently being shot on location in Budapest. 

ITV has set the cast for their first Maigret adaptation. Fiona Shaw (Harry Potter), Aidan McArdle (Mr Selfridge), Shaun Dingwall (Death In Paradise), Lucy Cohu (Broadchurch), Leo Starr (Lewis), Rufus Wright (Doctors), Hugh Simon (The Mill), David Dawson (Ripper Street), Colin Mace (The Lost Honour of Christopher Jefferies) and Rebecca Night (Starlings) have been tapped for co-starring roles opposite Rowan Atkinson in Maigret Sets A Trap.
UKTV is expanding their relationship with Disney. The commercial network, which is a joint venture between BBC Worldwide and Scripps Networks Interactive, has sealed a deal with Disney Media Distribution for the exclusive UK rights to Criminal Minds: Beyond Borders, FBI drama Quantico and medical drama Code Black. Criminal Minds: Beyond Borders and Code Black will air on Watch, while Quantico will air on Alibi.
Independent production company Nevision has acquired a majority stake in French financing and distribution company About Premium Content. The two companies will remain independent of each other and will continue to work with outside producers and distributors, but there will be opportunities for Nevision and APC to collaborate on specific projects. The deal will give Nevision a strengthened presence in Europe and will bring increased support and funding access to APC.
BBC Two has commissioned 7 Wonder - the independent production company backed by Australian broadcaster Seven Network - to produce Don’t Buy That, Buy This?, a consumer format fronted by Cherry Healey which aims to tell viewers what to buy and what not to buy. 
Law & Order: UK alum Paul Nicholls has landed a guest starring role on the fifth season of BBC One's ratings juggernaut Death In Paradise, which is currently being shot on location on the French-Caribbean island of Guadeloupe.
