History Picks Up UK Rights To ‘Hunting Hitler’, Sets November Premiere

Hunting HitlerHistory UK has picked up the UK broadcast rights to factual series Hunting Hitler after striking a deal with sister company A+E Studios International, TVWise has learned. The eight episode series will premiere on History UK on Monday November 2nd at 10pm.

UKTV To Expand Apprenticeship Scheme, Teams With Creative Skillset For Open Doors Event

UKTV is expanding their apprenticeship scheme. CEO Darren Childs has announced plans to increase the number of apprentices at the media company to 3% of their total work-force by 2016. Additionally, UKTV has teamed up with Creative Skillset to host a Open Doors event for 16-24 year olds who want to learn about the television industry.

UKTV Unveils Festive Rebrands For Gold & Good Food

UKTV is giving two of their channels festive rebrands. The commercial network has announced plans to rebrand both flagship comedy channel Gold and lifestyle channel Good Food for the festive period. From December 1st through January 3rd Gold will be known as Christmas Gold and Good Food will be known as Christmas Food.
