Alibi Tweaks Scheduling Plans For ‘Rosewood’

RosewoodUKTV's is (ever so slightly) tweaking their scheduling plans for their newest acquisition Rosewood, which they picked up last week in a deal with Twentieth Century Fox Television Distribution. The company's pay channel Alibi has announced that the first season of the Morris Chestnut starrer will now premiere on Tuesday July 26th at 8pm. (The show's first season was initially set to premiere on the same day in the 9pm slot).

Red Production Company, Number 9 Films Developing Henry James Adaptation ‘Portrait Of A Lady’

Portrait Of A LadyRed Production Company is teaming up with Number 9 Films to develop a TV adaptation of the Henry James novel Portrait Of A Lady, TVWise has learned. The project, which is Number 9 Films first foray into television, is being envisioned as a long-form project, rather than as a returning series. At present there is no writer or broadcaster, in either the UK or the US, attached.

Matt Lucas Set For ‘Doctor Who’ Season 10

Matt Lucas - Doctor WhoMatt Lucas is returning to Doctor Who. The Little Britain star has signed on for the upcoming 12 episode tenth season of BBC One's sci-fi hit. Lucas will be reprising his role as Nardole, which he first played in 2015 Christmas Special, The Husbands Of Rover Song, and will appear from the first episode of season 10.
