Channel 4 Secures ‘The Great British Bake Off’ In 3 Year Deal

That didn't take long. Mere hours after talks broke down between the BBC and Love Productions, Channel 4 has signed a three-year deal with the Sky owned indie which will see them become the exclusive broadcaster for The Great British Bake Off.

While there has been talk all year of a bidding war to poach the show from the BBC, sources insist that there is no impending deal, as there have been no formal talks with any broadcasters other than the Beeb.

BBC One Renews ‘Still Open All Hours’ For Third Season, Lynda Barron Exits Due To Scheduling Conflicts

Months after series star David Jason revealed that BBC execs had ordered a new run, BBC One has officially confirmed that they have renewed Still Open All Hours for a Christmas Special and six episode third season. Lynda Barron, who has been playing Nurse Gladys since Open All Hours in the 1970s, will not be returning for the Christmas Special and third season, however, due to scheduling conflicts.

NBCU’s SVOD Service Hayu To Launch On Apple TV, Adds Offline Viewing

BBC Two Releases New Teaser Images For ‘The Fall’ Season 3

These new images, which were released ahead of a screening of the season three premiere episode at BFI tonight, show Jamie Dornan and Gillian Anderson in character as Paul Spector and Detective Superintendent Stella Gibson. One such image shows Gibson and the reflected image of Spector in a hospital room.
