Channel 5 Audience Share Grows To 6.51% In 2017
2017 was a great year for Channel 5. The Viacom owned broadcaster's portfolio of channels delivered an audience share of 6.51%, up 5% year-on-year - representing the largest year-on-year audience growth of any terrestrial broadcaster portfolio during 2017 and C5's strongest overall ratings performance for 13 years.

History's Navy SEALs drama series Six will receive its UK premiere on 5Spike on Friday January 19th at 9pm, it has been announced.
Universal Channel is adding a second Canadian import to their line-up. The NBCU backed channel has secured the exclusive UK rights to CTV's mystery series The Disappearance. NBCUniversal International Studios handles international distribution. The show's six episode first season will premiere on Universal Channel on Tuesday February 27th at 9pm, with a double-bill.
Brittania will premiere on Sky Atlantic on Thursday January 18th at 9pm, it has been announced. In addition to airing weekly in the 9pm slot, all nine episodes will be available on on-demand from Thursday January 18th.
Law & Order: Special Victims Unit will return to Universal Channel to finish airing its nineteenth season from Sunday February 4th at 10pm, it has been announced.
