MTV UK Orders Uni Themed Competitive Reality Series ‘Re-Freshers Week’
MTV UK is getting in on the AFP game. The Viacom backed broadcaster has teamed with Strongbow to commission Re-Freshers Week, a university themed competitive reality series that will transport participants back to the glory days of being a fresher. 


BBC Two's King Lear adaptation will premiere on Monday May 28th at 9:30pm, it has been announced.
Channel 4 has set nine new shows for their 2019 slate. At an event where Channel 4 Chief Executive Alex Mahon and Director of Programmes Ian Katz updated the industry on their plans, the broadcaster announced a wealth of commissions that will sit on their 2019 slate. Leading the commissions is one-off drama Brexit, starring Benedict Cumberbatch (Sherlock), which explores the data driven campaign behind the referendum; Happy AF, a comedy staring Aisling Bea and Sharon Horgan; and over at E4, comedy Maxxx, starring O-T Fagbenle (Looking) about a formerly famous boyband star turned drug-shamed tabloid laughing stock. 
The third and final season of Quantico will receive its UK premiere on UKTV's Alibi channel on Thursday June 7th at 9pm, it has been announced.
Toby Stephens (Die Another Day, Black Sails), Keeley Hawes (Line of Duty, Bodyguard), Linus Roache (Vikings, Homeland) and Timothy Spall (Mr Turner, The Street) have been set to star in BBC Two's Cold War drama series Summer Of Rockets.
