TCB Media Rights is staffing up. The London based international distribution company has hired DCD Rights exec Lenneke de Jong to serve as their Sales Manager for for Latin America, Benelux and Iberia. She got her start in production roles at Endemol before seguing to a more commercial role as sales co-ordinator. 
ITV has given the greenlight to Sanditon, an adaptation of Jane Austen's unfinished novel that was written only months before Austen’s death in 1817. Andrew Davies, the award winning scribe behind House Of Cards and War & Peace is penning the adaptation. 
Cineflix Rights has secured two new factual series from independent production company Brown Bob Productions: Inside The Vets and Great Rail Restorations. The deal to acquire both series was negotiated by Cineflix Rights' Acquisitions Executive Catherine McCormick. 
Dave is sticking with Yianni Charalambous. The UKTV owned and operated channel has renewed his car series Yianni: Supercar Customiser for a second season. The renewal, which is for twenty episodes, comes after the first season attracted just shy of half a million viewers and ranked as one of the most-watched series on streaming service UKTV Play in 2018. 
BBC Two has handed out a second season renewal to restaurant investment series Million Pound Menu. Six episodes have been ordered for the show's second season. "Million Pound Menu taps into a real world of wannabe entrepreneurs and life changing investments", said BBC Two Controller Patrick Holland. "We saw enough from series one to know that this is a format that could really flourish on the channel." 
AMC Global – the AMC branded channel here in the UK, which is available exclusively to BT TV customers – has released the key art for the second half of the fourth season of Fear The Walking Dead, which is set to premiere on Monday August 13th. In the back half of the season our characters will explore who they are now – as individuals and as part of the greater group – and how they will forge ahead. They will find themselves pitted against new adversaries – human, walker, and even nature itself. Theirs will be a journey wrought with danger, love, heartbreak, loss, and ultimately, hope. 
Channel 4 has given the greenlight to Mission Ignition, a new four episode car series that is being fronted by Take That's Howard Donald and racing driver Dario Franchitti. Mission Ignition will give two teams of amateur car enthusiasts the opportunity to drive off in their dream car - however they’ll have to rebuild it first. Donald and Franchittio will each lead a team of passionate petrol heads, guiding them to the finish line and hopefully the win.
