No Deal On The Horizon In UKTV & Virgin Media Carriage Dispute
A resolution to the carriage dispute which saw all ten of UKTV's channel brands removed from the Virgin Media platform on July 22nd does not appear to be on the horizon. After multiple volleys on social media from both sides over the past week or so, the two companies had re-engaged in talks in hopes of finding a solution. But now UKTV claims that, when a deal was in sight, Virgin Media backed out of a verbal agreement. TVWise has reached out to Virgin Media for comment.

Mad Men creator Matthew Weiner's new drama series The Romanoffs will receive its UK premiere on Amazon Prime Video UK on Friday October 12th, it has been announced. 
The fourth season of Ballers will receive its UK premiere on Sky Atlantic on Thursday August 16th at 10:10pm, it has been announced. 
Chuck Lorre's new comedy series The Kominsky Method will receive its UK premiere on Friday November 16th, it has been announced. 
Ryan Murphy's Fox drama series 9-1-1 will receive its UK premiere on Sky Witness on Wednesday August 15th at 9pm, it has been announced. 
Picture A Murder – the fourteenth entry in Hallmark’s Garage Sale Mysteries series of TV movies – will receive its UK premiere on Movies 24 on Sunday September 2nd at 3pm, it has been announced.
