Universal TV Sets UK Premiere Date For ‘Law & Order: Special Victims Unit’ Season 20
The twentieth season of Law & Order: Special Victims Unit will receive its UK premiere on Universal TV on Wednesday October 24th at 9pm with a double-bill, it has been announced. 
The fourth season of Chicago Med will receive its UK premiere on Universal TV on Sunday October 21st at 9pm, it has been announced. From Dick Wolf, Chicago Med is described as an emotional thrill ride through the day-to-day chaos of the city’s most explosive hospital and the courageous team of doctors who hold it together. Inspired by ripped-from-the-headlines cases, the series will weave cutting-edge medicine with the personal drama that comes with working in such a high-intensity environment.
The second season of The Resident will receive its UK premiere on Universal TV on Tuesday October 16th at 9pm, it has been announced.
SYFY UK has released a trailer for their newest acquisition Future Man, which is set to premiere on Monday September 10th at 10pm with a double-bill.
ITV is adding to the recent wave of royal documentaries. The commercial broadcaster has given the green-light to Queen Of The World, a two-part documentary series that explores Her Majesty The Queen’s role as a figure on the global stage and the baton she is passing to the younger members of the Royal Family as they continue to build the Commonwealth connection.
BBC Two's No More Boys And Girls is set to be adapted for the German market after international distributor DRG secured the first format deal for the social experiment with ZDF. The format has also been optioned in the Netherlands and Spain. The German version, which will air on ZDF Neo, is a two-part miniseries and will be produced by Bavaria Entertainment GmbH. Ina Eck will serve as the executive producer. The format deal was struck by DRG's Senior Vice-President of Sales Adam Barth.
The second season of The Gifted will receive its UK premiere on FOX UK on Sunday October 14th at 9pm, it has been announced.
Fox Networks Group Europe & Africa has found the new lead for Deep State. Former The Shield and Justified star Walton Goggins has signed on for a starring role in the second season of the spy drama. In addition to starring, he will also serve as an executive producer. Goggins will play Nathan Miller, a former CIA operative who now works in the private sector as a “Michael Clayton like” fixer for the deep state. He succeeds Mark Strong, who played Max Easton, and exited the show at the end of season one.
