DRG Lines Up Sales For UKTV Originals ‘Inside The Ambulance’, ‘Helicopter ER’, ‘Trauma Rescue Squad’ & More
DRG has lined up a slew of international sales for a number UKTV's so-called "blue-light" factual series including Inside The Ambulance, Helicopter ER, Trauma Rescue Squad, Cops, and Cop Car Workshop. 
Sky Vision has secured format sales for The Secret Life Of The Zoo and Muslims Like Us in the Netherlands. NTR has commissioned local versions of both formats, handing out a six episode order to the former and a five episode order to the latter.
Channel 4 has released the trailer for their spy thriller Traitors, which is set to premiere next month.
Netflix is has handed out an eight episode series order to The Stranger, an adaptation of the Harlan Coben novel of the same name. Berlin Station star Richard Armitage is attached to star. “I could barely contain my excitement reading Harlan Coben’s The Stranger; a nail biting thriller with a huge beating heart and a dash of social commentary for extra bite", Armitage said. "I’m thrilled to be returning to work with Nicola Schindler and the brilliant creative team she has assembled.”
The Cry indie Synchronicity Films has named industry veteran Mark Young as their first Chairman. His appointment comes after he has served as a consultant and non-executive director for the company. As Chairman, Young will work closely with Claire Mundell, Synchronicity’s founder and creative director, and to help develop the indie's business. With the appointment, Mark Young also becomes a full director of the business.
ITV has released the trailer for the sixth season of Endeavour, which is set to premiere next month. The show's sixth season is set in 1969 and picks up following the dissolution of Oxford City Police and the merging with Thames Valley Constabulary, with the team dispersed as they find their feet in their various new roles.
BBC Two is losing a Dragon. Jenny Campbell is exiting Dragons' Den at the end of the show's current (sixteenth) season. Her final episode will air on BBC Two on Sunday February 3rd. The BBC has already picked up a seventeenth season of Dragons' Den. The corporation said that casting for a new Dragon would take place ahead of production on the new season, which is set to get underway in the spring.
