Channel 4’s ‘Derry Girls’ Renewed For Third Season
Channel 4 has picked up their comedy series Derry Girls for a third season. Six episodes have been commissioned for the show's third season. The renewal comes after season two wrapped its run on Channel 4 last night (Tuesday April 9th). 
Alibi has ordered their second original drama. Mere months after moving into scripted originals with Traces, the UKTV owned and operated channel has given the green-light to We Hunt Together, a six episode cat and mouse thriller from Cheat scribe Gaby Hull and BBC Studios. We Hunt Together begins with the collision of two extraordinary people; Babeni (AKA Baba), a former child soldier desperate to suppress his predisposition for violence, and Freddy, a magnetic and disarmingly charming free spirit. When Baba rescues Freddy from an attack following a date that has turned sour, something dark is ignited in them both.
Netflix UK has announced that limited series Armistead Maupin’s Tales Of The City will premiere on Friday June 7th, it has been announced. They have also released the teaser trailer and poster for the series. 
Mere hours after
Channel 4 has inked a deal with Viacom International Studios to acquire the UK rights to Comedy Central's comedy series The Other Two for E4. The deal also gives C4 VOD rights to the show, allowing them to make The Other Two available in its entirety on All 4.
The third season of IFC’s comedy series Brockmire will receive its UK premiere on FOX UK on Thursday May 16th at 11pm, it has been announced.
The second season of Deep State will premiere on FOX UK on Thursday May 9th at 9pm, it has been announced.
