Channel 4 Renews ‘Flirty Dancing’ For Second Season

Channel 4 has picked up a second season of Flirty Dancing. The Ashley Banjo fronted series will return with six further episodes and a standalone celebrity Stand Up To Cancer special. Additionally, season two is moving to an earlier 8pm time-slot.

TLC UK Orders Short-Form Wedding Series For YouTube

TLC UK has ordered Countdown To I Do, a six episode short-form wedding series for distribution on YouTube. It will premiere exclusively on TLC UK's YouTube channel later this year. Countdown To I Do is a self-shot format that follows couples on the biggest day of their lives. It is self-shot by the bride, groom, bridal party and selected guests who all have a key role to play in the couples’ big day.

BBC Two’s ‘Dragons’ Den’ Adds Sara Davies For Season 17

BBC Two has found their new Dragon. Sara Davies, founder of worldwide crafting company Crafter’s Companion, is joining BBC Two's Dragons' Den for its recently ordered seventeenth season. Sara Davies replaces Jenny Campbell who exited earlier this year after two seasons on the show.

Netflix has set the core cast for The English Game. Edward Holcroft (Kingsman: The Golden Circle), Kevin Guthrie (Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes Of Grindelwald, The Terror), Charlotte Hope (The Spanish Princess, Game of Thrones), Craig Parkinson (Line of Duty, Black Mirror: Bandersnatch), James Harkness (The Victim, Rogue One: A Star Wars Story) and Niamh Walsh (Jamestown, Jekyll & Hyde) have all been cast in the football drama from Downton Abbey creator Julian Fellowes.

Fox Renews ‘Last Man Standing’ For Eighth Season

Fox has renewed their Tim Allen fronted comedy series Last Man Standing for next season. This marks the second season on the network, after they revived it a year after ABC's cancellation, and its eighth overall. 5Star holds rights to season seven but have yet to set a premiere date.

BBC One’s ‘Line Of Duty’ Adds Anna Maxwell Martin For Season 5’s Final Two Episodes

Here's some late casting news from the BBC. Anna Maxwell Martin (The Bletchley Circle, And Then There Were None) has joined the cast of Line Of Duty in a major recurring role for the final two episodes of season five. She will play Detective Chief Superintendent Patricia Carmichael, a senior anti-corruption detective brought in from outside of AC-12. Her first episode will air this coming Sunday (April 28th) at 9pm.
