BBC Four has acquired the UK rights to Norwegian drama Wisting starring Carrie-Anne Moss, Richie Campbell and Sven Nordin after striking a deal with international distributor Banijay Rights. The series will premiere later this year. 
Sunetra Sarker (Ackley Bridge), Claire Keelan (The Trip) and Gemma Jones (Bridget Jones) have been tapped for guest starring roles on the upcoming six episode ninth season of ITV's Cold Feet. 
Death In Paradise is losing another lead actor. Ardal O’Hanlon, who plays Detective Inspector Jack Mooney, is set to exit the series after three seasons. His final appearance will be during the show's ninth season, which is set to air in 2020. No word just yet on who will replace him as the new lead. The series has already been renewed for season ten. 
Months after word of the project first leaked out, ITV has confirmed that they have ordered White House Farm, a six-part true crime drama starring Freddie Fox (Year Of The Rabbit) and Mark Addy (Game Of Thrones) that is based on the Jeremy Bamber case from the 1980s. Alongside confirming details of the drama, ITV has also released five first look images. 
Lisa McGrillis (Mum, Inspector George Gently) has been set as the co-lead in Bumps, BBC One's comedy pilot that was commissioned back in August as part of the BBC’s Comedy Playhouse strand. She will star opposite Amanda Redman (New Tricks, The Good Karma Hospital). 
Jason Bourne spin-off series Treadstone will receive its UK premiere on Amazon Prime Video UK on Friday January 10th, it has been announced. Treadstone explores the origin story and present-day actions of the infamous covert program that uses behavior modification protocol to turn recruits into nearly superhuman assassins. The first season of “Treadstone” follows sleeper agents across the globe as they’re mysteriously “awakened” to resume their deadly missions. 
Casualty is losing Duffy for good. Cathy Shipton, who has played Lisa ‘Duffy’ Duffin since the pilot in 1986, is exiting the BBC Studios produced series. She is one of the show's longest running cast members. While Duffy has come and gone in the Emergency Department throughout the years, this will be the character's final departure. Cathy's final appearance as Duffy will air in 2020. 
Heading into MIPCOM, ITV Studios Global Entertainment has lined up a slew of sales for Brassic. The international distributor has sold Sky One's hit comedy series to CBC in Canada, ABC in Australia, Rialto in New Zealand, Canal+ in France and Comunidad Film in Spain.
