At the Edinburgh Television Festival Channel 4's Chief Creative Officer Jay Hunt announced a wealth of commissions including a one-off drama about Nick Clegg and the formation of the coalition, a ten-part political thriller set in North Korea and a one-off comedy special about the Scottish Independence Referrendum.
BBC Two Orders ‘Stonemouth’ Adaptation, First Transgender Comedy & More
BBC Two has greenlit Stonemouth, a two-part adaptation of the Iain Banks’ novel; and 'Boy Meets Girl', a new comedy series which is being described as "Britain's first transgender sitcom".
