‘CSI: NY’ Star Melina Kanakaredes Lands Recurring Role On CBS’ ‘Extant’

Melina KanakaredesMelina Kanakaredes has landed a recurring role on CBS' Halle Berry fronted Summer sci-fi drama Extant. She will appear in two episodes of the show's upcoming second season as Dorothy, a judge who also happens to be the estranged wife of bounty hunter JD Richter (new cast member Jeffrey Dean Morgan).

It's official: Syfy is getting into business with Matt Damon and Ben Affleck. More than five months after putting the project into development, the network has handed out a pilot order to "futuristic espionage thriller" Incorporated, which is set up at Damon and Affleck's production company Pearl Street Films, CBS Television Studios and Universal Cable Productions.
