From the team behind The Blacklist, The Player stars Wesley Snipes & Philip Winchester and tells the story of former FBI agent Alex Kane who becomes a reluctant player in an age-old secret society’s perverse game of chance, where the stakes are measured in criminal acts and human lives. Made up of the world’s wealthiest, members of this anonymous, amoral club place their bets through The House to gamble on the probable outcomes of horrific crimes.

From Arrow EP Greg Berlanti, the series follows a woman covered in tattoos who wakes up naked in Times Square, suffering from amnesia, whose case catches the attention of the FBI, which soon discovers that the tattoos are in fact a roadmap that leads them to a large conspiracy. The Warner Bros. Television produced drama stars Sullivan Stapleton, Jaimie Alexander, Audrey Esparza, Rob Brown, Marianne Jean-Baptiste, Ukweli Roach and Ashley Johnson

NBC Picks Up ‘The Player’ & ‘Game Of Silence’ To Series

‘CSI’ To End Run On CBS Next Season, ‘CSI: Cyber’ Closes In On Season 2 Order

CSI - Season 13CBS is close to making a final decision on the fate of their CSI franchise. TVWise understand that, as has been hinted at for months, CBS execs have opted to give CSI: Crime Scene Investigation a final send off. Now I cant confirm the rumours that the send off will be a two-hour TV movie, but that is one scenario being considered, with another one being a 8 episode send off similar to what USA Network did for Law & Order: Criminal Intent back in 2011. In addition, CBS is close to ordering a 13 episode second season of CSI: Cyber.
