Fox Developing “Another Version” Of ’24’, Network Topper Dana Walden Talks ‘X-Files’ Revival

Have we seen the last of Jack Bauer and the Counter Terrorist Unit? During a conference call with reporters, including TVWise, Fox Co-Chairman and CEO Gary Newman revealed that plans were afoot for further iterations of 24, something the network first hinted at back in January at the Television Critics Association Winter Press Tour. Dana Walden also spoke at length about the upcoming six episode 'X-Files' revival, which premieres on Fox in late January.

It’s Official: Fox’s ‘Weird Loners’ Cancelled After One Season

No real surprises here. Fox has just released their 2015 - 2016 game plan and Weird Loners did not have a slot on the schedule. TVWise has confirmed that the comedy series has been cancelled after one low-rated six episode season.

The pick up, which is for a further 22 episodes, comes after pro-longed negotiations between the network and series producer 20th Century Fox Television, which were not able to close in time for ABC's recent mass-renewal.
