HBO Renews ‘The Brink’ For Second Season

The BrinkHBO is returning to The Brink. The premium cable network has renewed the Jack Black fronted dark comedy for a second season, TVWise has confirmed. 10 episodes has been ordered for season two, matching the size of the order for the first season.

FXX has set fall premiere dates for the new seasons of You're The Worst and The League, both of which originally began their runs on sister network FX. The seventh and final season of fantasy football series The League kicks things off on Wednesday September 9th at 10/9c, followed by the sophomore season of relationship comedy You're The Worst on Wednesday September 9th at 10:30/9:30c.

FOX UK To Fast Track ‘American Dad’, Will Air Season 12 Close Behind U.S. Debut

FOX UK is to fast-track the Seth MacFarlane comedy American Dad for UK audiences, TVWise can reveal. Traditionally, new seasons have aired on FOX UK in Q1, approximately a year behind the U.S. broadcasts. But for the first time, the channel is planning to air the new season close behind US broadcaster TBS, in order to capitalise on the fact that they hold first window rights.
