It's the end of an era for QI. Stephen Fry, who has been hosting the quiz show since its inception, is to exit the series at the end of the upcoming season, M, which is set to premiere this Friday on BBC Two. Despite his departure, the BBC has decided that rather than ending the series half way through the alphabet, they will continue with a new host, with Sandi Toskvig set to fill the chair going forward. One of the hottest new dramas of the Fall season is extending its run. ABC has handed out what they are calling a "full-season" order to FBI terrorism drama Quantico starring Priyanka Chopra. In a departure from the norm, however, the pick-up is only for six additional episodes rather than the more traditional "back nine". The reduced order is said to accommodate ABC's hectic midseason schedule, which may preclude the network from airing a 22 episode season. The CW’s ‘Beauty & The Beast’ To End Run With Fourth Season
Beauty & The Beast is coming to an end. The CW has announced that the genre series starring Kristin Kreuk and Jay Ryan is to end its run with the recently ordered 13 episode fourth season. It is not immediately clear if the fourth season, which The CW picked up before season three had even started airing, will air midseason or Summer 2016.
