Peter Firth, Eve Myles & Rufus Sewell Join ITV’s ‘Victoria’

ITV has set the cast for Victoria. Peter Firth (Spooks: The Greater Good), Eve Myles (You, Me & Them) and Rufus Sewell (The Man In The High Castle) have signed on for co-starring roles opposite Jenna Coleman (Doctor Who) in the eight episode royal drama from Daisy Goodwin and Poldark indie Mammoth Screen, TVWise has learned.

‘Dr. Ken’ Picked Up For Full Season At ABC

ABC has handed out a back nine order to their Friday night comedy series Dr. Ken, starring former Community star Ken Jeong, TVWise has learned. With this full season order, ABC has now ordered a total of 22 episodes, matching the size of the order for time-slot companion Last Man Standing.

PBS America has picked up the UK broadcast rights to Oscar nominated feature-length Vietnam war documentary Last Days In Vietnam, TVWise has learned. the documentary will premiere on PBS America on Sunday November 1st at 8pm.

NBC Cuts Episode Orders For ‘Superstore’ & ‘Hot & Bothered’

NBC is trimming down two of their midseason comedies. The network has cut the orders for both Superstore and Hot & Bothered to eleven episodes, down from the thirteen episodes initially ordered when NBC picked up both series.
