That rumoured The Good Wife spin-off is becoming a reality. CBS All Access has handed out a straight-to-series order to an as-yet-untitled spin-off, which is eyed for a spring 2017 premiere on the CBS owned streaming service, TVWise has learned.

TNTTNT is plotting a second civil war. The network has handed out a pilot order to Civil, an hour-long drama pilot from Allen Coulter and Scott Smith which tells the story of the United States devolving into a modern day Civil War as a result of the increased polarization in US politics.

‘Limitless’ Done At CBS, Series Being Shopped To Other Networks

Feature film reboot Limitless has been effectively cancelled at CBS, though that may not be the end of the road for the series as CBS Television Studios is shopping it to other networks in hopes of securing a second season pick up elsewhere.

Amazon Takes UK Rights To AMC’s ‘Preacher’, Sets May Premiere

Amazon Prime Instant Video has struck a deal with Sony Pictures Television to acquire the UK rights to AMC's upcoming comic book adaptation Preacher, TVWise has learned. The series will premiere on Amazon Prime on Monday May 23rd, with subsequent episodes being made available to Prime members within 24 hours of the U.S. broadcast on AMC.

Young Shakespeare Drama ‘Will’ Picked Up To Series At TNT

WillTNT is bringing the bard to prime-time. The Turner owned cable network has picked up their hour-long drama pilot Will, which tells the story of a young William Shakespeare, to series with a ten episode order, TVWise has learned.
