Sky1 has given the green-light to Inside The Freemasons, a four-part documentary series which will give an in-depth look at the secret society and what it means to be a Freemason in the modern age, TVWise has learned. 
Sony Pictures Television Networks' environmental responsibility campaign is getting its own festival. SPT has announced that a Picture This Festival will be held on the Sony lot in Los Angeles, California, later this year.

In the wake of the shooting in Orlando, TNT has pushed the two-hour third season premiere of The Last Ship, which was originally scheduled to air tonight. Sources tell TVWise that TNT execs opted to pull the episode in question as it features a shooting at a Vietnamese night club. 
The rumours were true: CMT is indeed bringing Nashville back from the dead. The cable network has picked up a full 22 episode fifth season of the former ABC drama, it was announced on Friday. Additionally, long-time SVOD partner Hulu has come on-board for season five and will stream new episodes the day after they air on CMT.

Respected character actor Jere Burns has booked a guest role on the fifth season of TNT's flagship drama series Major Crimes. Burns will guest star in an upcoming episode as Eliot Chase, a tightly wound former engineer who, after losing everything, sets out to make a bold statement against his enemies.
