Morven Christie (The A Word, Hunted) and Vicky McClure (Line Of Duty, This Is England) have been set as the leads in BBC One's three-part psychological thriller The Replacement, which hails from Left Bank Pictures and Joe Ahearne, TVWise has learned.

Taylor Lauter has signed on for a series regular role on the second season of Fox's horror-comedy anthology series Scream Queens, TVWise has learned. He will play Dr Cassidy Cascade, a doctor at the hospital who suffers from a strange medical condition and becomes a suspect when a series of tragic events plagues the institution. 
BBC Worldwide has lined up a slew of international sales for ITV's series of Maigret adaptations starring Rowan Atkinson, TVWise has learned. The first two movies, Maigret Sets A Trap and Maigret's Dead Man, have been sold to Channel One in Russia, NRK in Norway, TVNZ in New Zealand, RTE in Ireland, YLE in Finland and Prima TV in the Czech Republic, amongst others. 
FOX UK has acquired the exclusive first run UK broadcast rights to six-part miniseries Someone Knows My Name, starring Aunjanue Ellis (The Mentalist), after striking a deal with Entertainment One (eOne), TVWise has learned. The miniseries is set to premiere on FOX UK on Sunday July 17th at 9pm. 
Fox is expanding the cast of Rosewood. Brian Austin Green (Anger Management) has joined the cast of the Miami-set procedural as a series regular for its upcoming second season, TVWise has learned. 
Netflix is moving into the reality space. The streaming giant has handed out a series order to an as-yet untitled reality series that will revolved around social media star Cameron Dallas, TVWise has learned. 
NBC is staying in business with SNL and Parks & Recreation star Amy Poehler. The network has handed out a pilot production commitment to The Baby, a half-hour scripted comedy starring Seann William Scott (American Pie) which hails from Poehler's production company Paper Kite Productions, TVWise has learned.
