Spike UK has snapped up the UK rights to Syfy's drama series Wynonna Earp after striking a deal with international distributor Dynamic Television, TVWise has learned. The show's first season is expected to premiere on the channel later this month. 
Frank Reagan is staying at the top of the NYPD. Veteran actor Tom Selleck has inked a new deal with CBS Television Studios to continue in his role as New York City Police Commissioner Frank Reagan on CBS' hit Friday night series Blue Bloods, TVWise has learned. 
The Great British Bake Off is getting the festive treatment. BBC One has ordered a pair of Christmas themed specials, titled The Great Christmas Bake Off, which will air this December, TVWise has confirmed. 
Turner Broadcasting is keeping three of their newer series. TNT has picked up their Ellen Barkin fronted drama series Animal Kingdom, while sister network TBS has handed out renewals to Angie Tribeca and Wrecked. Animal Kingdom and Wrecked will be back for a second season, while Angie Tribeca will be back for a third. 
The second season of CBS' drama series Zoo will receive its UK premiere on Sky1 on Sunday July 17th at 9pm, it has been announced. 
BBC One's three-part drama The Secret Agent will premiere on Sunday July 17th at 9pm, it has been announced. 
ITV has given the green-light to Loch Ness, a six-part murder mystery thriller series from Stephen Brady and ITV Studios which is set against the back-drop of the iconic Scottish loch. Laura Fraser (Houdini & Doyle, The Missing), Siobhan Finneran (Happy Valley, Benidorm) and John Sessions (Upstart Crow, The Rack Pack) lead the cast of the series. 
UKTV is adding another exclusive scripted series to Drama's programming slate. The commercial network, which is as joint venture between BBC Worldwide and Scripps Networks Interactive, has closed a deal with Sony Pictures Television to acquire the exclusive UK rights to the Lifetime miniseries The Red Tent for their free-to-air Drama channel, TVWise has learned. The miniseries will premiere in early 2017.
