Sky Atlantic’s ‘Tin Star’ Adds Christopher Heyerdahl
Sky Atlantic is adding to the cast of western drama Tin Star. Canadian actor Christopher Heyerdahl has boarded the ten-part drama series in a supporting role opposite Tim Roth and Christina Hendricks, TVWise has learned. He will play Louis Gagnon, who forms an uneasy alliance with the oil company's corporate liaison Mrs Bradshaw (Hendricks), and together they are suspected of having hired the assassins to thwart Jim's (Roth) discovery of a shocking cover-up 
Scripps Networks Interactive has hired A+E Networks' Kasia Jablonska to serve as their Vice-President of Affiliate Sales for EMEA. Based out of the company's London office, she will be responsible for managing the distribution of Scripps' lifestyle channel portfolio, developing new business opportunities and driving annual and long-term company revenue growth. 
It's the end of the road for Special Agent Aaron Hotchner. CBS Television Studios and ABC Studios have fired Thomas Gibson from Criminal Minds, the two companies announced on Friday. 
Showtime has officially pulled the trigger on a two-season pick-up for Homeland and renewed the CIA drama for a seventh and eighth season, TVWise has learned. Liev Schreiber fronted LA fixer drama Ray Donovan has also been renewed for a fifth season. 
Syfy has put an adaptation of Aldous Huxley’s novel Brave New World - from Universal Cable Productions, Grant Morrison and Brian Taylor - into development, TVWise has learned. Additionally, under this development deal, Syfy and Universal Cable Productions are also developing of Morrison's graphic novel Happy! 
The Originals has found a new UK home. Mere months after 
Lifetime UK has picked up a second season of Britain's Next Top Model, after successfully launching the re-tooled version of the format earlier this year. Ten episodes have been ordered for season two.
