UKTV’s Dave Channel Renews ‘Taskmaster’ For Two More Seasons

Some 24 hours before the show's third season is set to premiere, UKTV's Dave channel has picked up Taskmaster for a fourth and fifth season. The order for these two seasons has been set at eight episodes, up from the five episode orders the show's first three seasons.

After months of dealing, a number of new series from the 2016-2017 US broadcast season have scored UK deals. Said shows include new CBS sitcom The Great Indoors, starring Stephen Fry and Joel McHale; Kiefer Sutherland's presidential drama Designated Survivor; and NBC's breakout hit drama This Is Us, which features a large cast that includes Mandy Moore, Milo Ventimiglia, and Sterling K. Brown.
