At the top of their executive panel at the Television Critics Association Winter Press Tour, FX announced that they had renewed American Horror Story for a further two seasons. Network topper John Landgraf also announced that the second seasons of American Crime Story and Atlanta have been delayed until 2018. 
Two of Comedy Central's original animated series are crossing the pond. Comedy Central UK has secured the exclusive first window UK rights to both Legends Of Chamberlain Heights and TripTank, which will be used to form an animated block on Friday Nights later this month, TVWise has learned. 
The sixth season of Call The Midwife will premiere on BBC One on Sunday January 22nd at 8pm, it has been announced. 
The sixth season of Workaholics will receive its UK premiere on Comedy Central UK on Wednesday January 25th at 11pm, it has been announced. 
BBC One's four-part adaptation of Louise Doughty’s novel Apple Tree Yard will premiere on Sunday January 22nd at 9pm, it has been announced. 
The Twin Peaks revival is getting the Game Of Thrones treatment. Sky Atlantic has announced that, just as they do for the HBO fantasy drama, they will be fast-tracking Twin Peaks and will offer a 2am simulcast with Showtime's east coast feed on Monday May 22nd. The two-hour premiere episode will then be repeated later the following day (Tuesday May 23rd) in its regular 9pm time-slot. 
The second season of Sky Atlantic's original drama series Fortitude will premiere on Thursday January 26th at 9pm, it has been announced. 
Lifetime UK has announced that Britney, the Britney Spears biopic commissioned and produced for the US Lifetime network, will premiere on Sunday February 26th at 9pm, it has been announced.
