Universal Channel Sets UK Premiere Date For ‘Gone’
Universal Channel's new acquisition Gone will receive its UK premiere on Monday March 19th at 9pm, it has been announced. Gone tells the story of Kit “Kick” Lanigan, the survivor of a famous child-abduction case, and Frank Novak, the FBI agent who rescued her. Determined never to fall victim again, as an adult Kick has trained herself in martial arts and the use of firearms. Universal Channel has sealed a deal with Twentieth Century Fox Television Distribution to acquire the exclusive first run UK broadcast rights to Fox's Matt Czuchry (The Good Wife) and Emily VanCamp (Revenge) fronted medical drama The Resident. ITV Releases Trailer For ‘Endeavour’ Season 5
ITV has released the trailer for the upcoming six episode fifth season of their Morse prequel series Endeavour, which is set to premiere on Sunday February 4th at 8pm. 5USA Acquires CBS’ ‘Training Day’ Reboot & NBC’s ‘Taken’
5USA is adding two U.S. scripted dramas to their slate. The Channel 5 owned digi-net has agreed separate deals with Warner Bros. International Television Distribution and NBCUniversal Television Distribution for first run rights to CBS' short-lived Training Day reboot and free-to-air rights to NBC's Taken prequel series.
