The Royals are back. More than two years after E! UK dropped it, the scripted drama charting the life of a fictional British Royal Family is returning to the UK on StarzPlay, which launched just today via Amazon Prime Video Channels. As of today, all four seasons of the series are available to stream for StarzPlay subscribers.

Alan Davies Set For Guest Spot On UKTV’s Co-Production ‘Frankie Drake Mysteries’

Here's some cross-company synergy for UKTV. Alan Davies, who fronts As Yet Untitled on Dave, has landed a guest starring role on the second season of their co-production Frankie Drake Mysteries. The 1920s period drama launched on Alibi earlier this year and quickly proved to be a hit; improving the channel's slot-average by 210%. As a result of the strong ratings in both the UK and Canada, UKTV and CBC picked up a ten episode second season, which has now started filming.

Netflix Acquires UK Rights To NBC Comedy Series ‘Champions’ & ‘Marlon’

Netflix UK is adding two NBC comedies to their slate. The streaming service has agreed a deal with NBCUniversal International Distribution to secure the exclusive UK rights to Champions and Marlon. Champions and Marlon will premiere on Netflix UK in June.
