Jetpack Distribution is making a move into live-action. The kids distributor has secured the exclusive worldwide international distribution rights to all three seasons of New Zealand based teen sci-fi drama The Cul de Sac. They will launch the series to international buyers at MIPCOM. 
Comedy Central UK is teaming up with Captain Morgan. The VIMN backed broadcaster has agreed a ten-month sponsorship deal with the rum brand. Under the agreement, which was brokered by Sky Media, Captain Morgan will sponsor shows airing on Comedy Central primetime between the hours of 9pm and midnight from Monday to Sunday. The deal includes sponsorship across linear, online and a live event. 
ITV has found the three leads for Deep Water. Anna Friel (Marcella), Sinead Keenan (Little Boy Blue) and Rosalind Eleazar (Rellik) have all been set to star in the emotional thriller that is based on the Windermere series of novels by Paula Daly. 
No Activity is getting a UK broadcast. BBC Two has secured the UK rights to the original Australian police comedy series starring Patrick Brammall and Darren Gilshenan, TVWise has confirmed. The show's first season will premiere on Sunday September 9th at 10:30pm with a double-bill. 
Channel 4 has released the trailer for the third season of Paul Abbott's police drama No Offence, which is set to premiere on Thursday September 13th at 9pm. 
Nadiya’s Family Favourites is getting a Christmas special (of sorts). BBC Two has commissioned a one-off special, titled Nadiya’s Family Celebration, to air this winter. “Nadiya has established herself as one of the faces of BBC Two and I’m delighted that she’s sharing her party food secrets for this year’s holiday season”, said BBC Two Controller Patrick Holland.
