MTV UK Orders Documentary Series ‘Reggie Yates Vs The World’
MTV UK has given the greenlight to Reggie Yates Vs The World, an eight episode documentary series following Yates as he tackles big issues facing young people around the world today, by experiencing them first-hand. In each episode, Reggie will take on a new subject, immersing himself into extreme and unusual situations with topical relevance for young people. Through his experience of gruelling environments and challenging encounters, Reggie will be pushed to his absolute limits, giving him a new perspective on these issues. 
Fresh off of news that they are working on a Hawkeye TV series, Disney+ is developing a TV series based on Fox 2000's hit LGBT film Love, Simon. It is set up at the now Disney-owned 20th Century Fox Television.
Mickey Malkovich is making a comeback. Noel Fisher, who exited Shameless as a regular after the fifth season, has signed on to return to the Showtime series for its upcoming tenth season. Technically, 
BBC Three is expanding Threesomes. The channel's short-form comedy strand, which is designed to give comedy writers and performers opportunity to bring their ideas to screen in a series of 3x3’ shorts, will now commission seven short-form projects per year. To that end, BBC Three has commissioned three further Threesomes: Hunter, a comedy about an attention seeking life-guru from Jon Pointing, Sophie Goodhart and Baby Cow Productions; Oi, Pussy!, a hyrbid effort combining live action and CGI following a cat; and Fully Blown, about two friends who don superstar rap personas. BBC Three has also renewed Kayode Ewumi's Enterprice for a second season.
Hawkeye is coming to television. Disney's soon-to-launch streaming service Disney+ is developing a Marvel limited series revolving around the Hawkeye character. Jeremy Renner is attached to reprise the role he has played in three MCU (Marvel Cinematic Universe) feature films.
HBO has renewed their dark comedy Barry for a third season. The pick-up comes less than two weeks after the show's second season debuted on the premium cable network. Sky Atlantic holds UK rights to Barry and launched the show's second season on April 3rd.
Horror series Chambers will premiere on Netflix UK on Friday April 26th, it has been announced. Chambers tells the story of a young heart attack survivor who becomes consumed by the mystery surrounding the heart that saved her life. However, the closer she gets to uncovering the truth about her donor's sudden death, the more she starts taking on the characteristics of the deceased -- some of which are troublingly sinister.
