Hallmark Renews ‘When Calls The Heart’ For Seventh Season

Hallmark Channel has renewed hit period drama When Calls The Heart for a seventh season. The pick up comes shortly after the network set a May return date for the series. They had pulled it from the schedule amidst the college admissions scandal which saw series star Lori Loughlin indicted by the Department of Justice. The network also parted ways with Loughlin.

HBO Releases Trailer For ‘Big Little Lies’ Season 2

HBO has released the trailer for the second season of Big Little Lies, which is set to premiere state-side on Sunday June 9th. Sky Atlantic continues to hold UK rights to the show, but have not yet announced a UK premiere date for season two.

CBS Eyes ‘JAG’ Revival Following Harm & Mac Arc On ‘NCIS: Los Angeles’

Add JAG to the list of hit TV shows getting the revival treatment. CBS is eyeing a comeback for the series that kicked off the NCIS franchise, with the upcoming four episode arc on NCIS: Los Angeles, in which David James Elliott and Catherine Bell will reprise their roles as Harm and Mac, testing the waters for such a move. 

NBC Renews ‘Good Girls’ For Third Season

NBC has handed out an early renewal to drama series Good Girls. The series, which airs on this side of the pond on Netflix UK, will return for its third season. "We're so excited to continue following the friendship and adventures of these three incredible women while also exploring relatable issues in both funny and surprising ways," said Lisa Katz and Tracey Pakosta, Co-Presidents of Scripted Programming for NBC Entertainment. "Congratulations to Jenna Bans, and our amazing writers, cast and crew who give these stories depth and humanity."

CBS Renews ‘Blue Bloods’ For Tenth Season, Tom Selleck Inks New One-Year Deal

Fresh off of picking up NCIS for a seventeenth season, CBS has also handed out a renewal to long-running procedural Blue Bloods - picking up the Tom Selleck fronted drama for its tenth season. The renewal comes after CBS Television Studios inked a new one-year deal with Selleck.

Channel 5 Acquires Australian Drama ‘Bloom’ For VOD Service My5

Channel 5 has acquired the UK rights to Australian drama series Bloom for their VOD service My5. The six episode drama, which was commissioned by streaming service Stan, is distributed internationally by Sony Pictures Television.
