Channel 4 Orders Paul Dacre Documentary Series

Channel 4 has ordered The World According To Paul Dacre, a three-part series exploring the twenty-six year tenure of Dacre as Editor of the Daily Mail. It is being produced by Rogan Productions. The producers forged a relationship with Dacre when working on the 2018 documentary Stephen: The Murder That Changed A Nation. In this three-parter Dacre will share his unique insights into the events and the people who defined the front page of his newspaper.

DRG Lines Up International Sales For ‘Rachel Khoo: My Swedish Kitchen’

DRG has lined up a slew of international deal for food series My Swedish Kitchen. The international distributor has struck deals for the Rachel Khoo fronted series with NHK in Japan, RTL in Germany, AMC in Central and Eastern Europe, SBS in Australia, Choice TV in New Zealand, CBC in Canada, and with BBC Studios for its pan-Asia footprint.

Netflix Sets UK Premiere Date For ‘Shameless’ Season 8

The eighth season of Shameless will receive its UK premiere on Netflix UK on Sunday September 1st, it has been announced. Season eight finds the Gallaghers on an upswing – Frank comes out of a drug-induced haze and decides it’s finally time to be a contributing member of society, while Fiona faces hard decisions when she discovers her success as a landlord may mean someone else’s misfortune.

‘Endeavour’ Season 7 Order Set At 3 Episodes, ITV Renews ‘Morse’ Prequel For Season 8

ITV has confirmed that the episode order for Endeavour season seven is three episodes - down slightly from the four episodes that have comprised almost all prior seasons. Filming on season seven is now underway in and around Oxford ahead of a 2020 premiere. Additionally, despite rumours that the show was nearing its end, ITV has already renewed Endeavour for an eighth season to air in 2021.
