Amazon Prime Video Acquires UK Rights To ‘The Walking Dead’ Spin-Off

The third The Walking Dead series has found a UK home. Amazon Prime Video has secured the UK rights to the as-yet untitled third series that will feature two young female protagonists. The streaming service has also secured rights in "select countries and territories" around the world.

Lee Mack Comedy ‘Semi-Detached’ Picked Up To Series At BBC Two

After piloting the project earlier this year, BBC Two has handed out a six episode series order to their Lee Mack fronted real-time comedy Semi-Detached. The series follows a perennial loser called Stuart (Lee Mack) as his life goes down the pan in a suburban cul-de-sac. Ellie White, Neil Fitzmaurice, Clive Russell, Samantha Spiro, Sarah Hoare and Patrick Baladi also star.

ITV2 Sets UK Premiere Date For ‘Family Guy’ Season 18

The eighteenth season of Family Guy will receive its UK premiere on ITV2 on Monday October 14th at 9pm, it has been announced. In the opening episode of the show's eighteenth season, titled Yacht Rocky, when the brewery announces it will be firing one employee, Peter is nervous he will be the one let go. In order to calm his nerves, the family departs on a Yacht Rock cruise that doesn't go as expected. Guest stars this season include Bryan Cranston, Niecy Nash, Kenny Loggins, Mike Judge, Hank Azaria, Danny Trejo, Judy Greer, Chris Parnell, Christopher Meloni and Nat Faxon.

Amazon Prime Video Sets UK Premiere Date For ‘Star Trek: Picard’; Releases New Trailer

Star Trek: Picard will receive its UK premiere on Amazon Prime Video UK on Friday January 24th, it has been announced. New episodes will continue to be made available to UK Prime subscribers every Friday, less than 24 hours after episodes initially air on CBS All Access in the United States. Additionally, Amazon Prime Video UK has released a new trailer for the series.
