Sky Atlantic has secured the exclusive first run UK broadcast rights to David Duchovny's NBC drama Aquarius after striking a deal with international distributor ITV Studios Global Entertainment, TVWise has learned. The show's 13 episode first season will premiere on the channel on Tuesday August 11th at 9pm.

FOX UK To Fast Track ‘American Dad’, Will Air Season 12 Close Behind U.S. Debut

FOX UK is to fast-track the Seth MacFarlane comedy American Dad for UK audiences, TVWise can reveal. Traditionally, new seasons have aired on FOX UK in Q1, approximately a year behind the U.S. broadcasts. But for the first time, the channel is planning to air the new season close behind US broadcaster TBS, in order to capitalise on the fact that they hold first window rights.
