Netflix Picks Up UK Rights To ‘Reign’ Season 3

Netflix UK has picked up the exclusive UK broadcast rights to the upcoming third season of The CW's period drama Reign from international distributor CBS Studios International, TVWise has learned. The third season of Reign will premiere on Netflix UK on Saturday October 10th, when the first episode will be available to stream, less than 24 hours after its debuts in the United States. New episodes will then continue to be made available every Saturday.

Syfy UK is adding three films to their line-up for November. The NBCU backed broadcaster has acquired the UK broadcast rights to disaster movie Stormageddon, sci-fi feature film Scavengers and the second The X-Files feature film I Want To Believe after agreeing deals with a number of distributors. Stormageddon and Scavengers have never aired on UK television before, while The X-Files: I Want To Believe has aired numerous times on Sky Movies and Channel 4.
