FOX UK Lands Cop Shooting Event Series ‘Shots Fired’
FOX UK is adding a topical event series to their line-up. The Fox Networks Group backed channel has secured the exclusive first run UK broadcast rights to Shots Fired, the cop shooting event series starring Sanaa Lathan (Boss) and Stephan James (Selma), after striking a deal with sister company Twentieth Century Fox Television Distribution, TVWise can reveal. 
American Crime Story is returning to the Beeb. BBC Two has picked up the first run UK broadcast rights to the second season of Ryan Murphy's FX anthology series from international distributor Twentieth Century Fox Television Distribution, TVWise has learned.

The Walking Dead spin-off Fear The Walking Dead has been renewed for a fourth season, AMC announced on Friday. The just ordered fourth season will be under the reins of a new boss, however, with Andrew Chambliss and Ian Goldberg boarding as co-showrunners. The Walking Dead showrunner Scott M. Gimple is also joining the show next season and will serve as an executive producer.

Channel 5's youth-skewing digi-net 5Star has picked up the Comedy Central original comedy series, with plans to air the ten episode first season next month as part of a comedy block that will also include the second season of FX's You're The Worst, TVWise has learned.

The Prison Break revival (AKA season five) launched on the Fox Networks Group owned and operated channel in its regular 9pm time slot with an overnight audience of 291K viewers and a 1.3% share.
