Sky Living has secured the exclusive UK rights to ABC's Grey's Anatomy spin-off Station 19 after striking a deal with international distributor Disney Media Distribution. TVWise understands that while a firm premiere date has not yet been set, it is presently eyed for a mid-April debut. 
Amazon Prime Video UK is adding two high profile shows to their slate of first run acquisitions. The UK arm of the streaming service has secured the exclusive UK rights to Freeform's Marvel series Cloak & Dagger and ABC's sci-fi series The Crossing after striking a deal with international distributor Disney Media Distribution. 
Happy! is crossing the pond. Netflix UK has secured the exclusive rights to Syfy's action-comedy series starring Chris Meloni (Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, Surviving Jack) and Patton Oswalt (The Goldbergs, Marvel's Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D.) TVWise has learned. The show's first season will be available to stream from Thursday April 26th. 
SYFY UK has gone on an acquisitions spree. The NBCU owned and operated genre channel has agreed a bumper deal with Disney Media Distribution for UK rights to Hulu's Marvel series Runaways and the Freeform dramas Siren and Stitchers. 
Slasher is staying put on its UK home. The Sky owned and operated FTA channel Pick TV has retained the UK rights to the Canadian horror series and plans to air the show's second season, subtitled Guilty Party, later this spring. 
In what is a uniquely structured agreement with Endeavor Content, the BBC has acquired the UK rights to BBC America's new original drama series Killing Eve, which hails from Flebag's Phoebe Waller-Bridge. The package gives the Beeb the rights to air the show on both BBC One and BBC Three. 
9-1-1 is crossing the pond. Sky Living has secured the UK rights to the Fox drama series after striking a deal with international distributor Twentieth Century Fox Television Distribution. The series, which has already been renewed for a second season, will premiere later this year.
