BBC One Sets Premiere Date For 'The Mallorca Files' – TVWise

BBC One’s new daytime drama series The Mallorca Files will premiere on Monday November 25th at 2:15pm, it has been announced. The complete series will be available to stream on the iPlayer that same day, following the broadcast of the series premiere.
The Mallorca Files is set amongst the expat community on the eponymous Spanish island. While self-confessed introverted Brit Miranda Blake takes her career – as well as everything else in life – seriously, German Max Winter is a classic extrovert and unashamedly unconventional.Yet despite – or perhaps because of – their very different approaches, the sleuths form a perfect complementary partnership as they seek to solve a new crime on the island each week.
The ten episode drama series, which was created by The Good Karma Hospital scribe Dan Sefton, is produced by Cosmopolitan Pictures and Clerkenwell Films and stars Elen Rhys (Broadchurch), Julian Looman (Cop Stories), Maria Fernández-Ache (Holby City), Nacho Aldeguer (Borgia), Denis Schmidt (Dark) and Tabata Cerezo (The Night Manager). BritBox co-produces for the U.S. market. The executive producers are Ben Donald, Murray Ferguson and Dan Sefton.
