Amazon Prime Video Sets UK Premiere Date For ‘Star Trek: Picard’; Releases New Trailer

Star Trek: Picard will receive its UK premiere on Amazon Prime Video UK on Friday January 24th, it has been announced. New episodes will continue to be made available to UK Prime subscribers every Friday, less than 24 hours after episodes initially air on CBS All Access in the United States. Additionally, Amazon Prime Video UK has released a new trailer for the series.

Star Trek: Picard follows Jean-Luc Picard in the next chapter of his life. The drama series is being produced by CBS Television Studios in association with Secret Hideout and Roddenberry Entertainment and stars Sir Patrick Stewart, Alison Pill (The Newsroom), Harry Treadaway (Penny Dreadful), Isa Briones (American Crime Story: Versace), Santiago Cabrera (Salvation), Evan Evagora, and Michelle Hurd (Blindspot).

Star Trek veterans Brent Spiner, Jonathan Frakes, Marina Sirtis, Jeri Ryan and Jonathan Del Arco guest star on Picard. Alex Kurtzman, Michael Chabon, Akiva Goldsman, James Duff, Sir Patrick Stewart, Heather Kadin, Rod Roddenberry and Trevor Roth serve as executive producers. Chabon is the showrunner. Aaron Baiers (Secret Hideout) serves as co-executive producer and Kirsten Beyer (Star Trek: Discovery) serves as supervising producer.
