Food Network Orders Ainsley Harriott Fronted Travelogue ‘Market Menu’

Despite losing out on hosting the Ready Steady Cook revival, Ainsley Harriott won’t be hurting for work. Discovery’s Food Network has ordered Market Menu, a six episode food travelogue series fronted by the celebrity chef.

Ainsley’s Market Menu sees Harriott traversing Australia on a fun-filled food adventure through some of the Australia’s most diverse and colourful produce markets. Ainsley has only a few hours to explore the market and,

Armed only with a few pots and pans and a hunger for the best fresh produce, he must find his ingredients and conceive some quick and tasty dishes to win over the crowds. The series is being produced by Australian Indie Hsquared. Parade Media will handle international distribution. The series is set to premiere on Discovery’s Food Network in 2020.
