E4 Sets UK Premiere Date For ‘The 100’ Season 6

The sixth season of The 100 will receive its UK premiere on Wednesday September 4th at 9pm, it has been announced.

Created by Jason Rothenberg, The 100 is set 97 years after a nuclear war has destroyed civilization. A spaceship housing the lone human survivors sends 100 juvenile delinquents back to Earth to investigate the possibility of re-colonizing the planet.

The drama series is produced by Warner Bros. Television and stars Eliza Taylor, Paige Turco, Bob Morley, Marie Avgeropoulos, Lindsey Morgan, Richard Harmon, Tasya Teles and Shannon Kook. In the opening episode of the show’s sixth season, titled Sanctum, still reeling after receiving Monty’s message, a small group goes down to explore the mysterious new planet. Back on the Mothership, several members of Wonkru face the consequences of their decisions. The CW has renewed the series for a seventh and final season.
