Sky Vision – the production and distribution division of Sky – has secured a number of international sales for factual series Arabia With Levison Wood.
The series has been sold to a number of international broadcasters including Discovery Networks and BBC Worldwide across such territories as Asia Pacific, Australia, Canada, Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Poland, Israel, New Zealand, Croatia, Latvia and Hong Kong.
Arabia With Levison Wood is produced by Blackmane Media sees the writer and photographer tell the real story of the Middle East through its people and his expedition through the most perilous region on earth. Moving from Iraq to Lebanon, the series explores the lives and hopes of an eclectic range of characters – Syrian grandmothers, Iraqi snipers, shepherds, drug dealers, freedom fighters and nomads – with majestic landscapes and ancient histories providing the backdrop to a fascinating and authentic depiction of the cultural diversity of the Middle East. Viewers will watch as Wood crosses deserts, dodges warzones and follows in the footsteps of the great explorers.
