Jetpack Distribution has secured the international distribution rights to new animated series Rainbow Butterfly Unicorn Kitty. Jetpack will handle distribution in Canada, Latin America, Europe (excluding Italy & Russia), Australasia, Asia, Africa and the Middle East.
Rainbow Butterfly Unicorn Kitty centres around a spirited and adorable kitty named Felicity who acquires magical and majestic powers. Part rainbow, part butterfly, part unicorn and 100 percent kitty, Felicity can shoot glow sticks from her paws, lasers from her horn, stretch and snap in rainbow mode, and clap thunderously with her butterfly wings.
Together with her best friend Miguel, an energetic puppy, she’s ready to take on every challenge that comes with living in the magical mashup world of Mythlandia. The series, produced by California-based toy and entertainment company Funrise, targets targets kids aged 6 – 11 and recently launched on Nickelodeon in the United States ahead of a global roll-out across their international footprint. The show’s first season consists of fifty-two 11 minute episodes and a half hour TV special.
