Discovery has inked a wide-ranging licensing agreement with Channel 4 to acquire a wealth of Jamie Oliver content for their Food Network.
“Jamie Oliver is a much-loved talent and we’re delighted to complete the deal with Channel 4, bringing Food Network fans more of his most popular cooking shows”, said Jamie Watkins, Content Sourcing and Acquisitions Manager at Discovery.
Under the deal, Food Network has extended their existing licensing agreements for Jamie Does, Jamie’s American Road Trip, Jamie’s Comfort Food, Jamie’s Great Escape, Jamie’s Ministry of Food, Jamie & Jimmy’s Friday Night Feast and Jamie’s Cracking Christmas.
Additionally, they have acquired Jamie’s Quick & Easy Food, Jamie’s Money Saving Meals, Jamie’s Super Food, Jamie Cooks Summer and Christmas specials Jamie’s Festive Feast, Jamie’s Ultimate Christmas, Nigella Christmas Special, River Cottage Christmas Special, Jamie’s Christmas Eve, Jamie’s Family Christmas and Jamie’s Italian Christmas.
