Netflix has handed out a third season renewal to their original drama series Ozark. The streaming service has ordered ten episodes for the show’s third season, which is set to premiere in 2019.
Ozark follows Marty Bryde and his family as they navigate the murky waters of life within a dangerous drug cartel. The cast is led by Jason Bateman and also includes Laura Linney, Julia Garner and Janet McTeer
The drama series, which was created by Bill Dubuque and Mark Williams, is produced by Bateman’s Aggregate Films in association with Media Rights Capital for Netflix. In addition to starring, Jason Bateman directed multiple episodes and also serves as an executive producer alongside Chris Mundy, Bill Dubuque and Mark Williams. Ozark airs on this side of the pond on Netflix UK.
