BET’s miniseries The Bobby Brown Story will receive its UK premiere on BET International on Friday September 14th at 10pm and will conclude the following night in the same time-slot, it has been announced.
A sequel to The New Edition Story, The Bobby Brown Story delves into the stellar rise, near demise and redemption of the artist once hailed as the “King of R&B,” Bobby Brown. The miniseries stars Woody McClain (The New Edition Story), Gabrielle Dennis (Luke Cage), Mekhi Phifer (Paid in Full), Tyler Marcel Williams (The New Edition Story), Milton “Lil Rel” Howery (Get Out), Lance Gross (House of Payne), Tatyana Ali (The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air), Laz Alonso (Detroit), T.K. Carter (Rush Hour), Sandi McCree (The Wire), Alyssa Goss and more.
